In April 2021, Resident Evil Re:Verse conducted an open beta test, but it was cut short due to matchmaking issues. And these issues eventually prompted the company to shut down and repair the servers several times.
But After multiple delays that pushed the title’s release date further back each time, Resident Evil Re: Verse was finally planned for release with the Resident Evil Village, and its new release date of October 28, 2022, was announced at last night’s Capcom Showcase.
And as the team continues to work on delivering a smooth gameplay experience that has taken much longer than expected, we can expect it to finally deliver on its promise by the end of this year.
As mentioned by sources, the game is scheduled for October 28 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
In addition to Resident Evil Re:Verse’s release date and the Resident Evil Village DLC, Capcom showcases a new look at Resident Evil 4 Remake, new details on Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, and a new look at co-op dinosaur murder action game Exoprimal.
